Line for packing of warm chocolate icing

This line is designed for packing of warm chocolate icing and similar products. Packaging machine MH1db DELTA is equipped with spindle liquid doser with double sheating for temperature upkeep of packed product. Practical output depends on dose size, max. 7 bags/min. with dose 2 kg, max. 3 bags/min. with dose 10 kg.

Description of machine Technical parameters
Machine: vertical hose packaging machine(VFFS) MH1db DELTA Temperature of packed produc 40 - 100 °C
Doser: spindle liquid doser with double sheating for temperature upkeep of packed product (nozzle with globe valve, stainless steel design) Viscosity of product 1 - 8,5 Pa
Chamber: volume 200 litres, triple sheating for constant temperature upkeep of packed product by force of warm water, mixing and scraping of walls, discharge valve, stainless steel Dose size 0,1 - 20 kg, max. volume 16 litres
Bags dimensions width 60 - 355 mm, length 100 - 450 mm
Bag type standard pillow with three welds
Practical output (output depends on dose size):
- max. 7 bags/min. with dose 2 kg
  - max. 5 bags/min. with dose 5 kg
- max. 3 bags/min. with dose 10 kg
Dosing deviation to -/+ 5 g
Wrappage - triplex foil CRYOVAC FS5135
