BLEND LINE

High-performance automatic line intended for dosing according to recipe, mixing and packing of loose blends for different types of usage. The amount of components is optional regarding a concrete project. The line is designed for very wide range of usage, e.g. for blending and packaging of food mixtures, chemical substrates, feed, building mixtures (cement mixtures etc.)

Function description
Individual ingredients are feeded to dosing stations manually from the bag, or freely from bigger chambers placed above. These program preset stations will dose the ingredients on the belt outfeeding conveyor. This conveyor feeds the ingredients to the homogenizer, where proceeds their mixing. After pre-set time of mixing cycle the blend is transported to intertice bin and emptied homogenizer can assume next dose. During preparation of next dose of blend the ready blend is feeding from intertice bin to packing automatic machine or semiautomatic machine according to requirement and packs to bags or to sack. After this the bags are packed to the box. The boxes and sacks are marked with ink-jet printer, then are piled on the pallet and after it are packed to shrink foil and are transfered to the stock. The entire manufacturing cycle is completed.

The line contains following function devices:	1. Dosing unit
1. Dosing stations, including the dosing weighers, of the entire amount from 2 to 20 pieces according to concrete project.	- accuracy.....max +/- 1 g
2. Platform for the above dosing stations maintenance, their cleaning and filling with the product. Every station is covered against dust exhaustion	- portion range.....1 to 9999 g
3. Belt conveyor for transfering weighed ingredients from particular stations into the mixer. The conveyor is also covered against dust exhaustion	2. Outfeeding conveyor OD4
4. Mixer-homogenizer for blending of all ingredients	- belt width.....400 mm
5. Intertice bin for mixer discharging and regular transport of mixed blend into the packaging machine	3. Mixer
6. Vertical hose packaging machine for packaging of mixtures into the bags, manufactured by this machine from heat sealing foil. If needed, the line Blend can contain the semi-automatic machine for packing of big portions of mixtures into prepared bags	- volume.....200 – 3000 litres
Electronic service	4. Intertice bin with conveyor VD5 for transport to packaging line
Machines are equipped with accessories for service diagnostics which allow defects to be detected via a telephone line (modem). This facilitates a fast service on machines, which can be located anywhere in the world. Connection is set-up by a service worker from ASTRO.	- chamber volume.....200 - 3000 litres
